(EMG), was founded by Enrique Gil in 1991 as a Hispanic Advertising agency focused on CPG, food & beverage, insurance and QSR
Focus was always on retail, trade and franchisee or distributor needs, objectives and support. Gil, President / CEO, passed away in September 2011, leaving the agency to his family who had decided to dissolve EMG and sell its assets. Thus was born Shopper Marketing Group (S

MG), fully-owned by the former EMG management team, and servicing former EMG clients and new clients
Supported by its people, partners, suppliers and clients, SMG is positioned to continue to grow by providing the key core services that made EMG the innovative Hispanic integrated marketing firm that top marketers seek.
