I thought my husband and I were finally building our dream home… until I discovered whose name was on the documents. 😳

For two years, we saved money together to buy our own house. We struggled, sacrificed, and kept believing that everything we were doing was for our future.

Then my husband finally bought the house.

I was so happy—until I found out he registered the house in his mother’s name.

I confronted him and asked, “Why would you do this?”

His response left me completely speechless.

He said he was afraid that one day we might no longer be together, and he didn’t want to share the property with me.

After everything we saved together, he was already planning for a life without me?

On our wedding night, my husband called me into our bedroom and said, “There will be rules in this house.”

I was surprised, but I asked him to go ahead.

Then he said, “I don’t want to see your mum or any of your relatives sleep in our house, not even for one night.”

Haa! I was shocked. 😳

I asked him why, and his response left me speechless:

“Why would your mother collect that much money as bride price?”

I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. Was this something he had been planning to tell me all along?

My husband has been angry with me because he gave me money to pay our children’s school fees, but I used the money to play Sporty, thinking I would double it and pay the fees with the profit. 😂

Unfortunately, Sporty had other plans for me. I lost the money! 😭

Now my husband is so angry that he has refused to eat. I have been begging him, but he keeps looking at me like I personally invented Sporty. 😂

Honestly, I know I made a serious mistake, but I never expected things to turn out this way.

I met my husband when he had nothing. He lived in a single, dirty room, while I was selling provisions and working hard. I also had half a plot of land.

Because I loved him, I took a loan, and together we built a house. We moved in after our traditional marriage, and I gave birth to three children through CS.

I told him three children were enough, but he wanted five. I refused because of the risks of another CS.

Then one day, I discovered that my husband had impregnated another woman. To make matters worse, he asked me to allow her to live with us in the same house.

I was heartbroken. I packed all his clothes outside.

Did I overreact? What would you do if you were in my shoes? Should I forgive him or leave the marriage?

I have been hiding a secret from my husband for five years, and now I’m terrified it will destroy my family. 💔

I got pregnant for my school boyfriend, but he asked me to terminate the pregnancy. I was scared, so I left school and went to Lagos to stay with another man who had promised to marry me.

A month later, I told him I was pregnant, and he was very happy. Five years later, we have three children together.

Recently, my first son became sick and needed blood. At the hospital, we discovered that my husband’s blood group didn’t match his, while the other two children matched him.
