It is best known for the TV Pilot, Becca on Call, & the live monthly show, RMPConcerts. Rising Monarch Productions, LLC, was founded by LA based singer/actress/writer, Jenness Rouse, who had come to a point in her career where a decision had to be made. She wasn't getting very far doing the "conventional" route of auditioning, attending casting calls, & submitting herself for various workshops. Th
ough receiving a ton of positive feedback, and making a lot of friends and professional connections in the process (from LA to NYC), Jenness realized a familiar pattern in the entertainment world, with which she did not particularly "jive" ...
"Hurry Up ... and Wait ..." A Texan Native, and the granddaughter of a spitfire farm girl, Elta Carroll (Rouse), who "never waited for nobody" when she wanted something done, Jenness decided to end the "waiting" & take initiative. She had a good idea, a good script, and a great vision for a pitch she had been "waiting on" (for 18months) and she went home (to TX) to put some fire to that waiting game and get the game a goin' ...

Within 2 months of founding Rising Monarch, Jenness organized, recast, rewrote, designed, shot, and completed her first film project, Becca on Call, a TV Pilot. At the time of this writing, BoC has won 14 awards, premiering at the TCL Chinese Theatres in Hollywood, with more festivals and awards coming ...
Seeing that she had a gift for "producer-ing" (i.e. - leading production) and just as fed up seeing her friends' discouragement as their gifts in the acting and writing worlds stagnated, "sitting" & "waiting," Jenness began brainstorming about other ways she could give opportunities to her extremely talented friends, who deserved to have their creativity heard and expressed. She started up the monthly RMPConcerts , live "theatrical & Interactive" shows that present various B'dway and Classical music numbers, Comedic Sketches/Scenes, and inspirational Personal Stories according to the new theme for the new month. Each RMPConcert showcases new guest performers, new music numbers, and new scenes each month, allowing more artists an opportunity to enjoy the gift they'd been given while granting their audiences the pleasure of receiving their gifts. And Jenness is just getting started ... with Public Speaking, a Book Press & Publication (Rising Monarch Press), and more creative projects to come, this little TX born, NYC bred, LA based Producer, with a big voice, bright smile, and a ton of grit to "getter done," is Rising, the Monarch butterfly has emerged from its cocoon at the break of day ...
