This punk ran into the shop I work at yesterday. I brought him home, gave him a flea bath and taking him to the vet tomorrow. Idk what to do. 😞
This little fella was out in the rain by the shop where I work. He came sprinting in to get away from the rain.
My partner and I are taking him to a vet tomorrow to see if he's chipped. Right now I have him isolated in the guest bed room since he has fleas and we have a 5 year old kitty cat.
If he doesn't have an owner, it's going to break my heart to let him go. I just don't know if we can handle two.
Also, dose this little guy look like he's definitely gonna be a short haired kitty??

Bubba and I had the worst day ever

Had to shove Bubba into the carrier, in which he promptly peed. Very unhappy 2 minute drive to the vet (thank baby jesus the vet is literally around then corner). Dragged him out of said carrier at the vet, after which he crawled his pee-soaked self behind the computer monitor to hide. Was subjected to all sorts of indignities. Was diagnosed with being fat and having bad teeth (who else can relate?). Weird growth on his paw? Who knows? Might be cancer or it might just be a cutaneous horn! Literally, Google was more helpful than this vet (who is not our regular vet. Dr. Hi would never). Had to have 3 vaccines, which I was charged $200 for.

Then had to have a bath once he was back home.

We are not on speaking terms, currently.

We were home for all of five minutes today before the cat distribution system found us again. This little guy was hiding...

We were home for all of five minutes today before the cat distribution system found us again. This little guy was hiding from the sun, crying, under our porch chair. We're taking him to the vet later this week and will double check there's no chip, but given his age, the condition we found him in, and no matching descriptions in lost pet groups, I think this orange cat used its turn with the brain cell to invade our home 🤦🏻‍♀️
