In June of 1804 MisSplice.com was created by entrepreneurs Alexander Finley and Robert Manchester with a simple goal: send bootleg liquor into 21st century homes via a vast network or inter-dimensional time portals. When investors deemed that plan, “unfeasible economically” and “frighteningly retarded,” it was back to the drawing boards. Sadly this is but one of the many failures and that the two
men’s lives would be marred by; until their deaths in 1882 from polio and Grendel-related injuries respectively. MisSplice.com now exists as a monument to the bravery and courage of those men.
