You should really deep this.

How sharp is your mind? Your grammar? mathematics? problem solving? deep thinking? Can you even have a philosophical conversation? Or are your talking points “Omg did you see that TikTok video?”.. Have you noticed how a lot of our parents and grandparents loved Crosswords, chess, sudoku and reading.. “Yeah, cos they had nothing else to do”.

Actually, it’s the opposite. You’re on your phone because you “have nothing else to do”. You don’t even know how these games work..

Too hard and complicated. Scrolling takes zero brain cells. Our generation is becoming very dull. Nobody is keeping their brains sharp.

What happens when you can’t google it? Focus on one hobby for the next 6 months, and watch how your mind sharpens. 🥂

Six months ago, I was restarting my life every Monday. New routines. New plans. Same outcome.

I thought I needed more discipline—but I didn’t. I needed to stop identifying as someone who “falls off.”

Everything changed when I stopped focusing on what I needed to do and got honest about who I was being. In 6 months:

- I became consistent
- I stopped quitting on myself
- I built routines that actually stuck
- I started seeing real results—mentally and physically Not because I found a perfect system.

But because I stopped giving myself the option to be my old self.

That’s what identity change does. It doesn’t make things easier— it makes it painful to stay the same.

Gorgeous isn’t a look 💖 It’s a standard you set for yourself when nobody’s watching.

The hair you do even though you’re staying in. The outfit you put thought into even though it’s just a Tuesday.

The small things that add up to a version of yourself you actually respect. It’s not about vanity.

It’s about the message you send yourself every single morning - that you’re worth the effort 💞 That’s the shift most people miss.

You don't need a complete life reset You need a few small shifts done consistently

The difference between feeling stuck and feeling in control is usually not talent or luck it's daily habits that seem too simple to matter Waking up a little earlier protecting your focus moving your body handling small tasks immediately these don't look powerful but they compound faster than motivation ever will Stop waiting for a perfect plan start with what is easy to repeat

Pick 3 habits from this do them for the next 7 days

Do you relate? Real talk: I had tiny, skinny eyebrows, Then tick, blocky eyebrows, NOW I have my own natural brows, enhanced my natural arches with tint.

I had 12 piercings, now I feel elegant with 4. I switched nail shapes and colours with the trends. Now? I found my signature elegant look.

At 19, I done what I THOUGHT I should do. I didn’t think about what I want to do. What MY preference is. Everyone’s preference was whatever was trending that year.

Had I thought about natural beauty and original choices earlier, maybe I would’ve got to know myself sooner.

Developed security in myself quicker, built confidence quicker. Which is why I’m sharing these with you now 🤍 🥂
