Save the date: Saturday September 14th! The long awaited return of the 2nd Saturday Song Circle of Sunland at the Back Door Bakery in Sunland CA! This inaugural circle features 4 songwriters in a round from 7pm till 9pm. Abigail Berry is accomplished far beyond her years. The 1st time I heard her a few years ago at my old open mic before she went and earned a degree in music, i had to look twice to make sure i wasn’t hearing a young Joni Mitchell. Her understanding of complex harmony and her virtuoso guitar playing along with the voice of an angel will absolutely blow you away! Dale LaDuke is a talented multi instrumentalist who’s songs reach deep into the soul. from haunting and simple to brave and inovative, each is interssting and worthy of attention! Todd Homchick is a master carpenter and his tune-smithing takes on that same built to last heirloom quality. Yours truly Jeb Lipson has a unique way of stating the obvious in way that causes a longing within the story the listener just can’t escape. The Back Door Bakery has great food so why not come early and get a great table?
