Following last year’s backlash, the city and festival organizers made changes to stage placement and music volume, and the event shut down by 10 PM nightly.

Mayor James Butts confirmed the adjustments led to fewer formal complaints a rare win in the ongoing conversation around music festivals in urban communities.
