And now I know, there truly is no love without respect. I hope to unite with that love in this lifetime, but if I don’t, I wish for you to have the love of your life.

The more we rely on media, and digital content, the more safety and cybersecurity has to be part of the day to day conversation. We can’t separate cybersecurity conversations and simultaneously continue to depend on online presence, independent journalism, online communication if we genuinely want truth and justice.

Safety has always been a necessary part of the human experience. The same way that we have learned to ensure our food and water are clean and safe, we are now evolving into a society that requires the same for the online experience, for the education of our children, for the voices of the people to be heard (hello algorithms), for correct information to be taken more seriously (discussion of autism and Tylenol).

There’s so much to this, and my heart has been heavy from so many things going on simultaneously. This isn’t even including my own personal health and needing so much assistance regarding my severe concussion.

But right now, today, I hope this start some conversation. Whether with me, a friend you trust, or even just between you and your journal.

Very, very, slowly getting things together. From my socials and really, my life overall 😶 still figuring a lot out in terms of the “new” direction but shared a bit on Substack (linked below). Starting to fully embrace all the different facets of media more, along with film, of course. I stepped away from my page for a while, but I’m hoping to redirect more here outside of my personal one for those who mostly use this platform. If you enjoy the reads, videos or any of my other work, I hope you come join me.

For a long time, there was a part of me that really resisted diving deeper into digital communities, or investing more into them in the ways marketing teaches us.

Things are far from perfect, and in fact, are sometimes still overwhelming and stressful. But I’m beyond grateful for the people I have in my life. Thank you for making me feel seen, heard, and understood. Sometimes depression still creeps up but quality people (reminding myself not quantity) to live life with, not just catch up with, really help reframe perspective ❤️

Got to share some thoughts on the interview. Felt like the opportune time to share a lot of what I’ve been reflecting on given my recent ADHD diagnosis, though the diagnosis was no surprise to my family or people who have known me for years 🙈

This piece is a bit personal, but I’m grateful to continue being an artist, sharing our story, our heart, and hoping that it speaks to maybe one person out there 🫶🏼
