I have taught Judo with Sensei Jose from early 2025 at . It's anazing new Journey that makes my body younger and stronger while my life term in this world is getting shorter.

1๏ธโƒฃ Lose my belly fat (lost 15lb so far)
2๏ธโƒฃ Help my boys' Judo ground work

Weekly training schedule
2 days Gi BJJ
1 day No Gi BJJ
1 day Judo
2 or 3 days Cardio
