Entrepreneurship (or honestly just trying to grow and become your best self) is tough and can feel so lonely.

You get caught up in doing all the things and forget to take care of you.

Because truth is, most people are focused on their own lives… and you have to be your own support most of the time.

So when you find a friend who gets it, who doesn’t guilt you for being busy, who shows up the second you need them when you feel like your life is crashing around you,
hold on tight.

That kind of love is rare. And it means everything.

Life is weird, hard, fun, sad, and exciting all at the same time. I’ve felt like I’ve been in a weird space in life lately. And that’s okay. And it’s ok if you feel the same!

Being an entrepreneur and building businesses especially falls into the weird category. S**t changes at the drop of a dime, you have to pivot constantly and no day looks the exact same as the day before.

The only thing we can do is keep pushing, do things you don’t want to do, learn, and be the best you in the process. For me, working out consistently and getting sunshine keeps me disciplined and centered.

Sometimes my work days look like this (slide 1&2) where we are out and about at a glamorous location or in studio shooting content for a client. But most days my work days look like the last slide: in the office, on my laptop, in my wearable blanket 😂

I’ve said it before and I will continue to say it… running businesses is hard and it makes it ten times harder to be consistent in the gym. I’ve always taken creatine to increase my gains but honestly a lot of times I don’t even have the time or remember to mix the powder into a drink when I get home from the gym. So these gummies come in super clutch! I legit just put them on my counter so I see them when I walk in the door and pop a few in my mouth and we are good to go! And they are delicious with all clean ingredients 💯

If you’ve always wanted something to call “yours”, Knowing that you put in the work to make something successful, Then you are not alone!!

I’m no where near where I want to be and where I want my businesses to be, but that’s ok. I’m still in the learning and growing phase of entrepreneurship. This s**t is HARD! Harder than I ever imagined in fact. BUT you have to be brave enough to TRY! And I wouldn’t trade this journey for anything right now.

I’m so grateful for the businesses I’m growing and a part of ( .studios ).

This is only the beginning… LFG!
