This was going to be a voice over but I feel like this song just fits with the day, and the mangroves. Another awesome day with Lauren Lopez | 🏄‍♀️🌊🦈 (and her own lil baby shark on board!) and finally got some an adorable baby bull shark on camera.

Also shoutout to Lauren for saving my paddle 😂😂😂

Sometimes Mother Nature takes back what is hers.

This sail boat was lost during Hurricane Ian a few years ago. Nature has now claimed her and she is a habitat.

I find it so interesting and hauntingly beautiful.

I had a lot of anxiety today about my illness and I had to pause. Who am I to say “do the things, and don’t let diabetes tell you who you are” but yet I’m sitting here in a panic attack over “what if’s” we only get one shot at life. Make it beautiful. Even with the challenges. Rest when you need it but give em hell when you don’t. I love all my chronic illness warriors. I see you, I am you and I will always be in your corner. 🩵🥹

I wanted to shoot this video from a cool location and what better than to do it with my bestie Savannah and from my paddleboard!

I won the awesome giveaway from One Shark at a Time and Blake Martinez 🫧🐚 🦈 and I’m telling you I was tweaking waiting to get into this bad boy!
