LOVE ALWAYS HOPES. ❤️

Sometimes hope is nothing more than believing there’s still another step left in us.

I love this image because life has a way of knocking us down. We get hurt. We lose things. Plans change. Our bodies change. Our hearts get broken. And sometimes the road back looks a hell of a lot longer than we thought it would.

But love has this beautiful way of seeing beyond where we are right now.

It says, “I know this is hard. But I still see you. I still believe in you. And I’ll be right here while you find your way forward.”

Maybe that’s what hope really is.

Not pretending everything is fine.
Not knowing exactly how the story ends.
Just refusing to believe that this moment is the end of the story.

Because sometimes the people who love us can see what’s still possible before we can see it for ourselves.

So here’s the question:

💬 Who has believed in you when you were struggling to believe in yourself?

Drop a ❤️ in the comments and tell me. Better yet, send this to them and let them know what their hope meant to you.

Warmly,
Ronnie

A little behind the scenes… and a whole lot of butterflies. 🦋

The Rise with Ronnie Kroell returns next week with my first guest Garland Guidry, and I’m excited. I’m also nervous. I’ve put so much of my heart into this, and there’s something vulnerable about putting yourself out there again.

This little corner of my home is where we’re starting. It’s simple, it’s humble, and it’s mine. Looking at it tonight, I can’t help but smile and imagine the conversations that I’ll have with my guests.

Thank you for being part of this with me. From simple and humble beginnings, we will rise together.

Let’s RISE. 🌅🎙️

Ever catch yourself becoming the very thing you’re criticizing? 🫵🏼🪞

I have. Being hurt or angry doesn’t mean every word that comes out of my mouth is justified. Sometimes I need to take a breath, look in the mirror, and own my part.

We can hold each other accountable and still treat each other like human beings. Myself included.

Let’s rise. 🌅🎙️

LOVE ALWAYS TRUSTS. ❤️

Trust is a funny thing.

We want it from the people we love, but giving it can be a whole different story.

I love the image of someone holding the rope because that’s really what trust feels like sometimes. At some point, you have to loosen your grip on trying to control everything and believe that the person on the other end is going to show up for you.

And yeah… that can be scary as hell.

Especially if you’ve been disappointed before.

But I don’t think love asks us to be foolish or ignore what experience has taught us. Trust is built. It’s earned. And when someone has earned it, there comes a moment when we have to stop waiting for them to fail us.

Sometimes love means letting someone else hold the rope.

So here’s the question:

💬 Who in your life has earned your trust — and do they know it?

Drop a ❤️ in the comments and tell me. And if there’s someone who has held the rope for you when you needed it most, maybe send this to them today.

Warmly,
Ronnie

What questions do you have for Garland? 💬

Garland Guidry is my first guest for the reboot of The Rise with Ronnie Kroell — Elevating the conversation. 🤷🏼‍♂️🎙️🌅

THE SECOND COMING:

A conversation about the power of pulling away, recalibrating, and finding your way back to yourself.

IT’S HAPPENING!!! 🌅🎙️

I have been dreaming about this, talking about this, working on this—and probably driving a few people crazy talking about this 😂—but THE RISE with Ronnie Kroell is officially coming to life.

The Rise with Ronnie Kroell

I genuinely cannot contain how excited I am to finally start having the kinds of conversations I’ve been craving: honest, curious, vulnerable, sometimes uncomfortable, hopefully hilarious, and always human.

And I couldn’t be happier to welcome Garland Guidry as my very first guest. ❤️

Our first conversation:

THE SECOND COMING
The Power of Pulling Away, Recalibrating & Returning to Yourself

Garland is an author, storyteller and beauty professional whose life has been shaped by courage, faith, reinvention and the journey toward living authentically. After more than 30 years in the beauty industry and two published books, she brings humor, honesty and some hard-earned wisdom to conversations about identity, relationships, love, loss and becoming fully yourself.

And somewhere between catching up, giggling and celebrating our own “second comings,” we’re going to talk about something I think a lot of us are feeling right now: the importance of knowing when to pull away from the noise, recalibrate, and come back to yourself.

Especially in a world of overstimulation, doom scrolling and algorithms constantly competing for our attention… what happens when we actually disconnect long enough to hear ourselves again?

Trust me… we have A LOT to talk about. 😏

THE RISE is about creating space for conversations that might actually help us understand ourselves—and each other—a little better.

So let’s start the conversation before we even hit record:

What would YOU ask Garland? 👇

Drop your questions in the comments below. I may just ask yours during the show.

LOVE ALWAYS PROTECTS. ❤️

It’s easy to say we would stand up for someone.

It’s a little different when standing up means standing out.

That’s what I see in this image. Someone is being bullied. Other people see it happening. And while it would be easier to keep walking, stay quiet or convince ourselves that it’s “none of our business,” one person chooses not to look the other way.

Because sometimes love isn’t soft.

Sometimes love steps forward.
Sometimes love says, “Enough.”
Sometimes love makes sure another human being knows, “You’re not standing here alone.”

And we don’t have to throw a punch, start another fight or become a hero to protect someone. Sometimes courage is simply being willing to stand beside the person everyone else has decided to stand against.

I think the world changes a little every time somebody makes that choice.

So here’s the question:

💬 If you saw someone being bullied, excluded or mistreated today… would you be willing to stand beside them?

Drop a ❤️ in the comments and tell me. And if someone you love needs this reminder today, share it with them.

Warmly,
Ronnie
