Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Cheesy Breadsticks
Ingredients:
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb pizza dough, homemade or store-bought
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded provolone cheese (or mozzarella)
1/2 cup thinly sliced beef or steak tips (cooked)
1/4 tsp chili powder (optional, for a slight Tex-Mex touch)
Salt, to taste
Marinara or cheese sauce (queso), for dipping
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle shape on a lightly floured surface.
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil and minced garlic. Brush the garlic-infused olive oil evenly over the surface of the pizza dough.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and half of the shredded provolone (or mozzarella) over the dough.
Add thinly sliced beef, spreading it evenly over the dough. Sprinkle garlic powder, oregano, and salt on top.
Fold the dough over, pressing down lightly, and cut it into strips using a pizza cutter.
Twist each strip and place them onto the prepared baking sheet.
Sprinkle the remaining shredded provolone and chili powder (optional) on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve warm with marinara sauce or a cheesy queso dip.

Crispy Ham and Cheese Potato Croquettes

Ingredients:

3 large potatoes, boiled and mashed

100g ham, diced

150g shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp chopped parsley

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 egg, beaten

1 cup breadcrumbs

Oil for frying

Instructions:
In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes with ham, mozzarella, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and parsley. Shape into small balls and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Coat each ball in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry croquettes until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.

Directions:

Separate the onion rings and match up pairs of similar sizes.
Place a mozzarella strip between two onion rings, ensuring the cheese is snugly fitted inside.
Coat each stuffed ring in flour, then dip into beaten eggs, and finally coat in panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

For the Cake:

1 roll (16.5 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 cup strawberry jam or preserves
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons heavy cream (or milk)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pink food coloring (optional)

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
Roll the sugar cookie dough into 1-inch balls and place each ball into a mini muffin cup.
