3 Peas in a Pod Productions

Together, they launched 3 Peas in a Pod Productions, a boutique film and content studio that blends cinematic craft with heartfelt purpose.

3 Peas in a Pod Productions is a dynamic, purpose-driven production company co-founded by Amy Glass, Becky Glass, and Mary Kate Scanlon—three creative visionaries bound by a shared love of storytelling and a deep-seated passion for meaningful impact. Amy and Becky, lifelong collaborators and twin forces in experiential storytelling, first crossed paths with Mary Kate, a seasoned HR professional and entertainment industry advocate, at a philanthropic gala. It was in that moment—surrounded by stories of kindness, community service, and collective action—that they discovered their aligned ambitions: to uplift voices, evoke emotion, and spur social change through the power of film. Their mission is simple yet profound: to produce beautifully told stories that resonate, inspire, and contribute to a better world. Each project is infused with creativity, compassion, and a commitment to authentic representation—from documentaries and narrative shorts to branded content with soul. Whether it’s highlighting grassroots changemakers or forging narratives that challenge perceptions, Amy, Becky, and Mary Kate champion collaboration, integrity, and creative excellence. They believe that when philanthropy and filmmaking intersect, the result is not only entertainment—but empathy, connection, and real-world impact. At the helm of 3 Peas in a Pod, these three peas continue to grow their creative pod—planting seeds of inspiration, cultivating stories of purpose, and sharing in the magnetism of collective imagination.

Things you might hear Inside the Pod… 🎙️🌱

“Wait… are we allowed to say that?”“Is this microphone on?”“Should we cut this part?”“No. Absolutely leave it in.”

Three peas got microphones and honestly… this may have been a mistake.

But now it’s a podcast.

Welcome to Inside the Pod — where the conversations are real, the stories get a little wild, and three peas probably overshare.

💚 Philanthropy isn’t a campaign for us — it’s how we live, create, and choose.

At 3 Peas in a Pod Productions, we believe real impact happens when you use your platform for something bigger than yourself. Supporting causes rooted in compassion, dignity, and second chances is woven into everything we do.

That’s how Lexie found us.

She’s 8 years old and came from a kill shelter. At the gala, she sat quietly in a pen. We didn’t even meet her that day — but something stayed with us. It was a call to foster.

It was clear: this was the one.
The one who needed a voice.
The one who needed a chance.
The one who reminded us why we give back in the first place.

We’re endlessly grateful to Vanderpump Dogs for saving her life and for the work they do every single day to turn heartbreak into hope.

Lexie isn’t just our newest family member — she’s a living reminder of our mission:
✨ Lead with heart
✨ Choose compassion
✨ And make room for second chances — on screen and off

This is what philanthropy looks like to us. 🐾💚
