MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT:
Multihouse Entertainment has merged with the Emmy award-winning production company Smith Robinson Multimedia (S&R) to establish the Multihouse Creative Engine, a new powerhouse production company championing social impact, pushing the limits of storytelling, creating world-class content, and delivering unrivaled results for its creative partners.
Multihouse's founder Michael Tessler (Great Global Cleanup with Zac Efron, ) will serve as the company’s CEO and Head of Creative. Named “Best Producer” by the Paris Film Awards and recently honored with the Ada Edwards Laughlin Award by the Assistance League of Los Angeles, Tessler has been a champion for social impact storytelling.
S&R co-founder Andy Robinson will be named President of Multihouse and Head of Development. Robinson was recently nominated for the James Kirkwood Literary Prize and brings over a decade of award-winning experience to Multihouse's leadership roster.
Fellow S&R co-founder and Pulitzer prize grant winner Dominic Smith will serve as Executive Vice President of Multihouse as well as the Head of Innovation & Art Direction with a focus on bringing the latest technologies, including artificial intelligence, virtual production, automation, and immersive content, to Multihouse’s growing library of services and content.
Kali Mutty, the marketing mastermind behind multiple million dollar cannabis brands (Kaviar, Star Buds) will be promoted to EVP of Multihouse and will additionally serve as Head of Business Development & Marketing with a focus on growing Multihouse's commercial marketing division.
Industry veteran Joe Hernandez Holotik (Down to Earth with Zac Efron, The World's Most Amazing Vacation Rentals) will also be joining the company serving as Head of Production, lending years of experience to Multihouse’s growing production slate.
Emily Dane who has helped lead development efforts for Bryan Cogman (Game of Thrones, Lord of the Rings: Rings of Power) will be joining Multihouse’s development team with a focus on developing and acquiring exciting new intellectual property. Emily is also spearheading the development of a recently funded Multihouse original series set in an apocalyptic medieval Europe.
She’ll be joined alongside Multihouse’s former CCO, first-time trans author R.M. Christianson, whose first published novel Hydrogen Wars: Atomic Sunrise was released in November of 2022. The untitled sequel to Atomic Sunrise has been greenlit with an official announcement forthcoming.
Multihouse is currently in pre-production for its first feature film, The Whaleboat War, which is slated to release in late 2024. Additionally, Multihouse has begun production on a new untitled series in partnership with the Reel Rejects which will be released in Spring 2023.
Multihouse and S&R have worked with major brands including Scientific American, FOX, Virgin Galactic, Cartoon Network, Snapchat, the Atlanta Falcons, and the New York Times.

Multihouse, which is headquartered in the heart of Hollywood at Second Home LA will be expanding to New England with the opening of their new office, Multihouse East.
