We are thrilled to share that Hello PR Group is now the agency of record for .

SPAN Architecture is an award-winning, international architecture and design studio led by Karen Marie Stonely, AIA, LEED AP, and Peter Pelsinski, AIA, LEED AP. The firm creates timeless residential and commercial spaces that explore the boundaries and overlaps between the natural and built environment. This connection continues to shape their role as innovators and ongoing thought leaders in biophilic design.

SPAN is a grounded collective defined by a human-centered ethos, delivering design that is both thoughtful and elevated. The studio designs for people and places, acting as curators, collaborators, and collectors, who weave diverse inspirations into work that clients regard as singular, specific, and of its place.

A guided philosophy balances SPAN’s reverence for history with a commitment to the future. Intentionally designing for the now while preparing for the next generation to shape what comes next, the studio’s multidisciplinary practice bridges architecture, interiors, furniture, art, lighting, and branding.

The firm also maintains a strong community commitment. Karen Marie has served in leadership roles at the AIA and Open House New York. SPAN has contributed design services to public-service projects, including the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club Design Show House and pro bono efforts for the New York Council for the Humanities. Peter is currently a Lecturer at Princeton University, leading seminars in biophilic and integrated design.
