When got his record deal at I produced his second album (Tupac’s age at the time).
THIS ALBUM WAS PLACED ON HOLD AND LATER BANNED by Time Warner due to the controversy surrounding Ice T’s “Cop Killer” song.

Eventually, Interscope removed five songs and placed them on other albums. The other six songs remain unreleased, but some have been leaked.

Troublesome 21 was later changed to Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z produced by was released on the album. The song was #2 on the Hot Rap Singles chart, #7 on the Billboard R&B/Hip Hop chart and #12 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
