Been to Hey Sunshine Kitchen multiple times now, pickup and dine in, and it never misses. Had to bring y’all along this time.

If you’ve wondered where to get good sushi while vegan? Here’s your answer 🍣🌱

We got Vegan sushi in Houston, TX. I stopped by to see my boy Chris Vu The Vegan Sushi Spot before my flight and almost missed it because I couldn’t stop eating 😂

Here’s everything I tried below 👇🏽

🍚 Poke Bowl : ahi “tuna,” mango de gallo, seaweed salad, avocado
🥟 Inari Tofu Pockets : sweet tofu, spicy “tuna,” potato strings, spicy mayo & sweet soy
🍣 Low Key Loki Roll : spicy “tuna,” cream cheese, mango, pineapple “roe,” wasabi aioli
🥤 Zero sugar fruit punch Body Armor to finish
