Mr. Buay Biel Chagiy was removed from the Finance Office and blamed for the delays, yet the same challenges continue under the new leadership. This is clear evidence that he was not the root cause of the problem.
If Mr. Bichiok and Mr. Duol Chuol has also failed to resolve these challenges, then the same standard that was applied to Mr. Buay Biel should be applied to them. Today he proved it again when he allegedly attempted to kill one of his woreda staff members. He reportedly took a gun and fired at him, but fortunately missed.
