Today I joined The Autoimmune Association for the annual ☀️💜🚶‍♀️

On the Team we raised over $1K adding to the grand total of $115.6K this year!

Each step taken from participants around the nation helped improve the lives of those affected by autoimmune diseases! Today, I walked to honor my late grandpa Rocke, who lived with multiple conditions. In his legacy, events like this help create impact for the 50 million Americans living with autoimmune disease.

Taking steps towards a better future and stronger hope for is always an honor. I already can’t wait for next year’s walk! So grateful to be apart of YAAC! 🫶

An eventful afternoon in 📍Martin, SD!

Thank you to Bennett County Schools for letting me join in on your Homecoming festivities and for inviting me to walk in your parade! 🥳

I was honored to introduce the Safe Snacks Initiative to their middle school & provide allergen/autoimmune friendly options to students in Martin! 🍿Bennett County Middle School is paving the way an allergy + autoimmune ally!

Walk 2026🫀✨🚶‍♀️

This adventure takes us downtown Rapid City for the Black Hills “Heart Walk!” ♥️

Through volunteering at the Kids Corner, I got to spread cardiovascular awareness through our Heart Walk Drum craft! 🥁
The kids brought their best creativity and nailed their projects! 👏 It was the perfect blend of music & medicine, reinforcing cardiovascular education through heart/drum beats!

I’m definitely feeling empowered and educated following this heartfelt morning! 😉🫶

THE MOST MAGICAL 48 HOURS IN THE 👸🌴✨

This adventure brought out the glam, sun, and adrenaline as I watched our 99th get crowned. Congratulations our real life DANCING QUEEN 🕺💫

The highlight of this trip, was cheering on our throughout the weekend 🥹 Kianna, your talent song says it all… you are a STAR 🌟
