A couple of years back, I had the privilege of reimagining The National’s “Fake Empire”. Working alongside my co-producer, Jennifer Lanchart, and in partnership with the exceptionally gifted Cliff Lin, our goal was to infuse Molly Tuttle’s outstanding rendition with even more layers, richness, and complexity.
