What a time in Yosemite.
I had a blast.

The first time I got lost and explored the hell out of the valley. This time around, I ventured into multiple campgrounds, trails, the River, and more of Yosemite's beautiful roads.

As much as I've seen, theres just so much more left to explore. Hopefully again in the fall.

Week 2 of biking a segment of the Santa Ana River Trail.

Its over 100 miles long but isnt all connected quite yet. This was a beautiful little section, running through Martha and under the bridge.

Its a beautiful ride.

Day 7 of walking 10,000 steps per day.

It has gotten a lot easier to start walking. I am no longer mentally battling with myself to exercise every day.

The next challenge is finding a good time to walk each day, since some days get very hot, and special events, such as Mother’s Day, can come up and take up your time.

So, the new problem to solve is managing time constraints.

Day 2 of 30 - walking 10k steps a day.

My unconscious mind tries to sabotage my efforts to exercise.

As simple as walking is, my mind still wants me to do something easier, like lying down at home, resting, watching TV, or doing something that doesn’t benefit my health.

It’s crazy that I want to be healthier and I want to look good, but a part of me also prefers to stay home and remain the same. The same person that I am not 100% happy with.

So today is day 2 of overcoming laziness to take care of myself. It’s the second day in walking 10,000 steps a day to improve my health.

First Glamping Experience at Joshua Tree National Park

Joshua Tree Camping at Indian Cove Campground.

This was a great campsite with tons of space that easily fit my large 15x15 ft tent.

I was surrounded by enormous rocks that blocked the wind, and made an awesome backdrop for the night campfire.

Sitting at the park in my car eating a chicken burrito. I looked out the window and caught the warm sun rays before it sank behind the mountains.
