'Journey to Bethlehem' 1961, produced by Tommy Bond of "Our Gang" fame (was Butch in the original Our Gang Series). The publicist was Al Fackler, and it featured numerous Hollywood personalities over the years. Tommy Bond and Polly Bond as 'Mary'. It was on Metromedia KTTV in LA and aired every year. My Aunt was costume design/makeup as well, this was BIG. Even Charlton Heston came to see it. Fond memories.

We add that is is so sad that a beautiful place like Los Angeles and the magical dream city Hollywood where dreams DID come true, has turned into a cesspool, and we are not the only ones that feel this way or this strongly. We will miss the red carpets, the magic, classic films and unprecidented history. However, other 'Better' cities will be willing to take up this torch of the artistic human spirit and that is where WE will be.
