About a year ago my hair was stuck at an awkward length, and super damaged after a disastrous blowout that left so many broken and fried strands. I felt overwhelmed by its condition, but here’s how I got it back on track in time for my September wedding. I’m tagging everything I name here but feel free to comment or DM with any questions. I genuinely feel so much more confident after implementing these steps and would love for anyone struggling with their hair appearance to feel that way, too!

With everything I’m sharing, consistency is key and Wellbel® Functional Hair Wellness supplements are no exception. I’ve taken these nightly for about 9 months, and arguably this is the step I’ve taken that’s had the biggest impact. My hair is noticeably stronger, healthier and (finally) longer.
