Anson Williams () is probably best known as Potsie on Happy Days, but there is so much more to his story...

Anson was part of one of TV’s most iconic casts, alongside Ron Howard, Henry Winkler, Donnie Most and the rest of the Happy Days family. But, as Anson explains, he was also learning the business behind the camera thanks to some great advice from Garry Marshall. He learned from the best and became a well-respected director, working on Beverly Hills, 90210, Melrose Place, Baywatch, Star Trek, and so many more.

His latest passion project is an off-Broadway play called “Crazy Mama” written by his wife Sharon Scott Williams. The play deals with mental illness in a humorous way and opens an important conversation for all of us. Crazy Mama opens September 16th at the in NYC starring .

Anson has built a fascinating life far beyond the character that made him famous. When I was 12, I begged my Dad to take me to see Happy Days filmed in Hollywood, he did. I have such wonderful memories of that day... My 12-year-old Happy Days loving heart is so happy to see him doing so well.

Special thanks to Harlan Boll for arranging the interview and to and for letting me use their set! Check out for more celeb interviews.

Bryan Cooper, one of the producers of Cinecon Classic Film Festival, sat down with Kimberly Biehl Boaz of Tell Me Tell Me Stories to discuss the upcoming festival and his life preserving and celebrating Hollywood history, combining his love of classic movies with a passion for keeping that history alive.

A longtime classic film fan, Bryan began going to Cinecon in the early 2000s because he loved discovering rare and forgotten films. His passion eventually led him to become a programmer for the festival around 2010, and eventually he took on leadership roles within Cinecon.

Cinecon is a film festival in Los Angeles that celebrates rare, unusual and often forgotten films. The festival works with studios and archives to find these film treasures, and then manages to get the stars to come celebrate Hollywood with all of us! This year is Lainie Kazan, Barbara Eden, Nancy Kwan, Anna Maria Alberghetti, Pat Boone, Gigi Perreau, and Teresa Ganzel. One ticket is good for the whole weekend and all the events. This year should be magical! Come join us! The festival is September 3-7, 2026, 5 days of fun.

Please note: schedules are subject to change and celebrities based on availability- check the Cinecon website!

Bryan also was deeply involved with Hollywood Heritage, serving as its president and helping preserve important Hollywood landmarks and the stories connected to them, including the historic Lasky-DeMille Barn.

What makes Bryan’s story fascinating is the way his interests in movies, architecture, preservation and Hollywood history have come together: whether he’s helping save a historic building or bringing a long-forgotten film back to an audience, his work is ultimately about making sure Hollywood’s past isn’t lost.

Tziporah Salamon ( ) is one of NYC’s most recognizable fashion icons proving every day that style has no age limit. She is absolutely timeless.

A passionate collector of vintage clothing, model, author and fashion historian, she has spent decades building a wardrobe that reflects art, travel, personal passion and expression rather than passing trends.

Her incredible style made her a favorite subject of legendary street photographer Bill Cunningham and fashion photographers around the world. She has appeared in documentaries, like (if you haven’t seen it, go watch it now!), fashion events, and has a book The Art of Dressing. Tziporah shows people how to see clothing as creativity and expression, proving that style becomes more interesting with age and experience. She is just as fabulous in person as I hoped she would be!

Chelsea Hotel Artist, Gerald DeCock ( ) has called this legendary NYC building home for 32 years. Now, the new owners want him out in September, putting him at risk of losing his beloved home & studio. GERALD NEEDS OUR HELP! PLEASE SHARE AND READ BELOW HOW YOU CAN HELP!

Ironically, the Chelsea is well-known as a home for famous painters, writers, musicians, actors, and cultural icons who all made the hotel famous. Back in the day, artists would often give the owner art instead of rent, that is why the lobby and halls are lined with art.
New owner, Sean MacPherson, bought 21 of Gerald’s paintings to display in the hallways, yet he is forcing Gerald to leave the place that inspired his art. How do you celebrate an artist’s work but make him leave his home?
Today, Gerald continues to create art and is one of the last resident artists carrying on the Chelsea’s creative spirit. He occasionally has art sales in his apt, which he puts on his page. Every inch of this place is a work of art.

HOW YOU CAN HELP… Send a postcard or note ASAP to: Sean MacPherson c/o Hotel Chelsea 222 W. 23rd St, NYC 10011… let Sean know you are not ok with him evicting Gerald after 32 years, this is not in the true spirit of the Chelsea Hotel.

Annabella Lwin ( ) is the face and voice of Bow Wow Wow, the unforgettable New Wave band put together by Malcolm McLaren in 1980. She was just 13 when she was discovered in London.

Her distinct voice, stage presence, and iconic punk image, she helped define MTV in the early days with huge hits like I Want Candy, Do You Wanna Hold Me, and Go Wild in the Country. I was fascinated by her, everyone was!

More than four decades later, Annabella still tours bringing the band’s music to new generations. She is THE original singer of Bow Wow Wow, not an imitation of…

I also loved hearing about her passion for animals, she has such a lovely spirit, doesn’t she?
