Volume Profile. Save it!

Traditional charts show volume over time, but Volume Profile tracks volume by price. It reveals where the market actually traded, not just when.

💡 Here’s the Breakdown

✅️ Point of Control (POC)

The single price level that saw the absolute highest trading volume. Think of it as a magnet. Price heavily tends to stall here and gravitate back to it. It is your most important chart level.

✅️ VAH & VAL (Value Area High and Low)

The Concept: The price range where the vast majority of the day’s volume traded, representing fair market value.
Above VAH: Premium / Overbought.
Inside Area: Balance / Fair Value.
Below VAL: Discount / Oversold.

✅️ Naked POC

A POC from a prior session that price hasn't revisited yet. It represents unfinished business. The market returns to these untested levels with startling reliability,mark them and wait to trade them.

✅️ Failed Auction

Price breaks outside the Value Area (like dropping below VAL) but immediately reverses back inside.
Key Point: It proves the aggressive side couldn't hold the breakdown, signaling a high probability reversal trade in the opposite direction.
