Denise Richards’ ex-husband Aaron Phyphers is going after the 54-year-olds OnlyFans money in new divorce demand (she makes $300,000 per month) 😳

New divorce documents reveal that Denise Richards’ estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, wants half of her OnlyFans money.

In the docs, 53-year-old Phypers claimed that he “helped [Richards] to build her OnlyFans account” and that he holds “the intellectual property rights to most, if not all, of the pictures that are in use on her page.”

Phypers further claimed that “she has cut me off from accessing that joint income that we earned together.”

The docs state that Phypers is asking a judge to grant him “half of the OnlyFans income that is our joint income that we built and earned together, since I took the photographs and own the intellectual property rights.”

He added, “I do not believe this constitutes spousal support, but a property right to half of the jointly-earned OnlyFans business income.”

Phypers claimed that the 54-year-old actress makes between $200-$300,000 per month on the subscription-based site, which Richards began creating content for in 2022.

In his declaration, the actor also claimed he’s “about to be evicted” and that he’s “out of money and financially desperate,” having fallen behind on rent and other utilities.

The pop star made the generous donation Friday following a recent Instagram post from the support page for Lilah, who is battling brain cancer. The caption of the post shared how Lilah wished Swift was “her best friend.”

Inspired by Swift’s Eras Tour friendship bracelets, and knowing how much Lilah loves the singer, another young cancer patient started selling similar beaded bracelets to raise money for Lilah and her family, who are getting slammed with hospital bills.

According to Lilah’s GoFundMe page, she was diagnosed with a rare form of brain cancer at just 18 months old and the toddler has spent her life in and out hospitals ever since.

She also left a heartwarming, personalized message for Lilah under the “Words of support” section.

“Sending the biggest hug to my friend, Lilah! Love, Taylor,” it reads.

Once fans noticed Swift’s massive contribution and started sharing it on social media, many came up with the heartwarming idea to follow in her footsteps and start donating as well, with the agreed amount as $13 — the Grammy winner’s favorite number.

The donations page soon got flooded by $13 contributions, seemingly by people who don’t know Lilah personally, but are just inspired by the musician.

Her life-changing donation comes after her longtime friend Ruby Rose revealed how the songwriter would often scroll GoFundMe “like a social media app” and make donations after trolls were criticizing Swift — who was named the world’s richest female musician — for her billion dollar net worth.

She also surprised fans at a Florida children’s hospital back in June, taking the time to take photos and chat with each patient she met.

According to a friend, Lori Loughlin called off her marriage to Mossimo Giannulli after finding “incriminating” texts and emails on his phone.

“Truly, the tipping point came when Lori found a bunch of text messages,” the friend claimed.

The couple served prison time after getting caught up in the Varsity Blues college admissions scandal. Both admitted to paying $500,000 to a fixer to help their daughters — Olivia Jade, now 26, and Isabella Giannulli, 27 — gain admission to USC by falsely portraying them as rowing recruits.

“Mossimo had used Lori for years,” the friend claimed. “She was hoping maybe he would change when he got out of prison, but he got worse.”

Denise Richards’ ex-husband Aaron Phypers arrested in court on spousal abuse charges 😳

According to Fox News, the actor was handcuffed inside a Los Angeles courtroom and detained on spousal abuse charges amid his contentious divorce from the actress.

Officers reportedly returned to the courtroom to get Phypers’ cell phone after escorting him out, with witnesses reporting that he shouted and argued with sheriffs while on an escalator.

Hours later, he bonded himself out of the Lost Hills Sheriff’s Station after satisfying his $200,000 bond, according to TMZ.

Richards was previously granted a temporary restraining order in July, and is currently attempting to make the order permanent.

Earlier this month, Denise testified that Phypers became violent with her on multiple occasions.

According to People, the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” personality gave testimony alleging that the incidents resulted in “at least three concussions,” and that she sustained a black eye after an alleged incident in January 2022.

In another incident, Richards claimed Phypers “was squeezing [her] head so hard” and that he “picked [her] head up.” Richards added that it “felt like he was crushing my skull.”

She also testified that in May, her estranged husband “smashed [her] on the top of [her] head with the palm of his hand while screaming at [her] repeatedly, ‘Give me your fu***ng phone,’” following a procedure.

Phypers took the stand to refute Richards’ allegations, claiming to his attorney during his testimony that “yes,” it is safe to say that the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum “bruises easily.”

“She would bruise her arms, all sorts of stuff. She’d bruise herself while cooking … falling down,” he said. He alleged that he saw the reality star getting injuries “often” getting injuries and that he did not think she “intentionally” became injured.

Former NFL Lineman Larry Williams dies at 62-years-old during campus workout 🥺

Former NFL offensive lineman and University of San Francisco athletic director Larry Williams died Thursday at the age of 62 while working out at a campus gym.

He played five seasons in the NFL from 1986-92 after earning two All-American honors while starring for Notre Dame.

“Our prayers go out to Larry’s wife, Laura, their children, Kristin, Sean, Scott, Eric, and Louis, their families, and his grandchildren,” University of San Francisco president Salvador D. Aceves said in a release.

“My thoughts and prayers also go to the university’s 250 student-athletes and all of the coaches and staff under Larry’s skillful watch.”

Williams played for preps powerhouse Mater Dei before heading to South Bend.

The Browns drafted him in the 10th round of the 1985 NFL Draft and he played for the franchise from 1986-88, appearing in 42 games while starting 33 contests.
