Who is Tee Capel

I pride myself on bringing my creativity, resourcefulness, and superb eye for detail to everything I do. I am proud to be a product of Detroit, MI, home to fashion, music, and innovation. I opened Fly Behavior in 2013, a chic and modern fashion boutique for contemporary women. I am also the founder of the LA Fashion District Tour and conceptualizer of 1441 Woodward Collective, a retail incubator providing real-estate to local Detroit entrepreneurs to test-market their apparel and home good products in a brick and mortar setting in Detroits busiest shopping corridor.

Learning from the preventable challenges I personally faced starting and growing a brand is what has fueled all the consulting work I do today. My creative consulting and brand design work has varied between celebrity makeup artists to Project Runway contestants to corporate retail activations. I value authentic relationships and lead with integrity, compassion and transparency while interacting with my large online community.

My work has been covered in print and broadcast outlets such as Crain’s Detroit Business, Michigan Chronicle, Fox 2, and 107.5 FM.
