God has been so good to me in my life and has blessed me far beyond what I could have ever dreamed. I give him all the glory and the praise. I’m thankful to be a child of the king and to know with full assurance one day soon I’m going to see my risen Lord. While here below I will labor and work for him by preaching the message of the Gospel as he has called me to do. I will use the musical talents that he has so graciously blessed me with to carry the glorious message of salvation and hope.

Good Evening, haven’t posted anything on here in awhile so wanted to bring those who follow me on Facebook via this page up to date on a few things that are happening. First and foremost I am thankful for how the Lord has blessed me in my calling to preach the Gospel. I recently received ordination through Christian Leaders Institute as a minister and through them I am continuing to educate myself by finishing online seminary classes. God opened this door and it has been amazing. Since the Covid-19 put a halt to me being able to fulfill engagements I started my own weekly broadcast called A Message From Gods Word which I share on Facebook each and every Sunday morning. It is my hope that through this I can reach many with the message of the Gospel. I am currently working on something that I never dreamed I would do and that I’d write a book. I’m currently putting together my inspirational writings in hopes of publishing a inspirational book of poetry. Will keep you posted on how that goes. Again God has been so good to me and continues to open doors for me. Where he leads me I will go. I appreciate your prayers and support of my ministry. May God continue to bless each of you.

Good Friday... a day which observes the crucifixion of Christ upon Calvary. A day in which he suffered such shame and agony... he endured the pain of those nails in his hands and feet... he hung upon the cross and died that you and I might live and be free from sin. Many probably feel as though having to stay home during this pandemic is suffering to a degree however no amount of suffering we endure could ever compare to what Jesus suffered for us. We often complain and grumble yet Christ never once complained... he could have called ten thousand angels to set him free yet love oh such wondrous and unending love held him on that tree. The Bible says no greater love hath any man than to lay down his life for another. I praise God for Calvary and for what Christ did for us. Many view the Statue of Liberty as a symbol of freedom... I however view the cross of Calvary as my symbol of freedom... freedom from a life of sin. Praise and Glory to the lamb of God.

Mark 8:36 For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?

Recently I had a moment where even though I was busy for a split second my mind paused and thought you know we take so many things for granted... we so often times get caught up in the moment that we never stop to think till it’s too late. We strive hard in this life to make a living, a name for ourselves but many times even though we gain much we also lose much. The scripture here tells us what shall we gain if we gain the whole world but lose our soul?
Don’t let the things of this life stand between you and the lord.. don’t get so caught up in life that you lose sight of the goal and that my friends is heaven. I am finding out more and more the older I get just how quickly time flys by.... seems just like yesterday we were celebrating the Christmas holiday and here it is almost Easter.. the Bible says that life is but a v***r. I often think about this and have heard it said many times.. when a person dies and you look at the gravestone you have the birth date and the death date and in between the two is a dash.. that dash is what counts.. what you did in the time God gave you. Make the best of the time you are given.. do all you can for the lord because in the end what counts is not what you made but what you gave away.

I’m reminded each day of Gods grace and mercy. I’d like to share a few words which God gave me today. May it richly bless you.

Thank you Lord for the many things you provide, for daily walking by our side. The rich fertile soil for which we plow and the ability to grow food from the ground. The sun that shines, the air we breathe Lord you provide our every need. In times of despair we look to you trusting ever trusting that you will see us through. We thank you Lord for your Holy Word by which we can live and build upon... knowing that on your promises we can stand on. Abiding in you oh Lord we will not fear for we can be assured you are always near. When the labor down here is done and our hands are folded to rest. May the works we have done show that for you we’ve given our best.

Hope these words will be an encouragement in the times we are living in. God bless and may his face shine upon you always.

Fear of the unknown grips the hearts of many in our land today. While it is natural for our own human nature to worry about things Gods holy and infallible word tells us to fear not... the words “Do Not Be Afraid” is written 365 times... there is 365 days in a years time... think about it.. God is saying not to be afraid every single day of our lives. Simply put we are to trust in him for God is in full control of all things and for us he left his word which contains his promise to us. It is upon this word that we can rest and find peace in a world filled with such unrest. Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not on thy own understanding but in all thy ways acknowledge him and he shall direct your path. I find great comfort in these words... with the things happening around us in the world today we must look unto the lord and trust fully in him.

We all face adversity, we all fall down at times however we serve a savior who is more than able to lift us up in our time of need... he can lift us from the miry clay that we are bound in and put us on the mountain high. We must at all times and through all circumstances trust in the Lord. So many are living life in fear of what this world can do to them however as a child of God his word tells us to be not afraid... over and over it says be not afraid but trust in the Lord. Psalm 121 says “ I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills from which cometh my help.. my help cometh from the Lord.” In your times of despair... in your times of need look unto the Lord and in him you can find what you need. He will be your fortress, he will be your high tower, he will be your friend, he will be your guide... trust in him and him alone.

Hope these words given to me by the Lord will be a blessing to you.

I called upon the name of the Lord and he answered me. He said my child I know your need have no fear just trust in me. I’m leaning on the blessed rock for he will keep me safe from all harm. When I am weak he makes me strong I’m never out of reach from the strong arm of God. So when you’re feeling low and don’t know which way to go. Call upon the name of the Lord for he will speak peace to your weary soul.

So often I think of how glorious the cross is and what it means to me and my life. For upon the cross Jesus Christ paid the sin debt that I owed by taking upon himself my sins and transgressions and nailed them to the tree. He had the power to have called ten thousand angels to set him free but instead he bore the pain and the agony so that you and I could have life and have it more abundantly. Though we were yet sinners Christ loved us... the Bible says that no greater love hath any man than to lay down his life for another. There is not a day that passes by where I don’t thank God for reaching his mighty hand down for me and saving my soul from sin. Being a child of God is the greatest feeling in this entire world. Knowing him as your personal savior, knowing that no matter what you may have to face or be faced with at the present moment you can call upon his precious name and know that he hears and know that he will answer you... rest in the assurance that he will make a way where there seemeth to be
no way. I am just a sinner saved by Gods grace and mercy. My heart is burdened for the many souls that refuse to accept him as their savior.. seek ye the Lord while he may be found. One day our lives here upon this earth will be over and we will stand in judgment before the Lord and be held accountable for the things we have said and done. Don’t put off salvation but ask the Lord to come into your heart and into your life... become a new creation in Christ Jesus. One might think of his or herself as being nothing or the worst sinner in the entire world but I’m here to tell you that no matter how bad you may be God loves you, God cares for you and God can change you molding you into what he would have you to be. You must simply allow him full control of your life. Death is certain for us all, Life upon this earth for us is short... but Eternity is forever... where will you spend it?

Our days here upon this earth are numbered and none of us have the promise of tomorrow. In this life we prepare for things that are to come by putting money back in the bank for a later day or by purchasing insurance so that we are covered in case of emergency. Yet one very important thing that we fail to do is prepare for eternity. A very important question is have you made preparations for your soul? Will you spend eternity in heaven or will you spend eternity separated from God? Seek ye the lord while he may be found... time is drawing nigh and the return of the Lord is at hand. The Bible says that even the angels in heaven know not the hour nor the day. So many people are leaving this world each and every day... young and old. It truly pays to be prepared. Ask Jesus into your heart and life... allow him to be Lord of your life. It is a decision that you will never regret.

I’ve said this before many times and will say it again that there is power in prayer. Our lord and savior Jesus Christ is seated on the right hand of the father interceding for your needs and mine. He is still in the healing business today and he is able to meet your needs whether they be physical or spiritual... he can make a way where there seems to be no way. The Bible says that the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. There are many who are standing in great need of prayer this evening... families who are struggling with grief, individuals who are faced with great physical adversities in their bodies. In Christ there is hope... in Christ the answers to your every need can be found if we will just simply call upon his name. There is nothing no sweeter than the lovely name of Jesus. I know without him I would be nothing... without Christ and his grace and mercy I would not be here. Let us join together in prayer for our community, these that stand in need... God said where two or three are gathered that he would be in the midst. Lord let your mighty presence fall around us and lift up these who stand in need.

Though in this life storms around us rage, at times we feel much like a ship that’s tossed about on the sea. We have hope in the blessed savior Jesus Christ... he is the master of the sea and he can speak peace to the storms that toss your soul. The same Jesus that made the blind to see, the same Jesus that delivered the three Hebrew children from the fiery furnace, the same Jesus that arose from the dead is the same today and is seated at the right hand of the father interceding for your needs and mine. All we have to do is call upon his name. Praise God for our blessed savior for in him we can have peace, comfort, refuge, strength, and rest. Glory be to God.
