I wanted to take a moment to share something personal with all of you. Recently, I was diagnosed with Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD). Itโ€™s been a journey of understanding what this means, and I believe it's important to shed light on it.

C-PTSD often arises from prolonged exposure to trauma, leading to a range of challenges, including emotional dysregulation, negative self-perception, and difficulties in relationships. Itโ€™s a complex condition that can impact many aspects of life, but talking about it can help break the stigma.

Iโ€™m reaching out not only to share my story but also to create a space for discussion. If you have experiences with C-PTSD, or if youโ€™re curious to learn more about it, Iโ€™d love to hear your thoughts. Together, we can support one another and foster understanding.
