Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Beef Bites & Potatoes
Ingredients:
2 lbs beef chuck or sirloin, cut into bite-sized cubes

1 ½ lbs baby potatoes, halved

4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

6 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp dried thyme

½ tsp dried rosemary

½ cup beef broth

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:
Prepare the Slow Cooker: Lightly grease the slow cooker with olive oil.

Season the Beef: In a large bowl, mix beef cubes with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, thyme, and rosemary. Toss to coat evenly.

Assemble Ingredients: Add baby potatoes to the slow cooker. Layer the seasoned beef bites over the potatoes.

Make Garlic Butter Sauce: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the beef and potatoes.

Slow Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender and the potatoes are soft.

Finish & Serve: Stir gently before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 6 hours (low) / 3 hours (high) | Total Time: 6 hours 15 minutes
