Hey Everyone! We are wishing you a blessed and Happy New Year. Just to clarify we are currently no longer in any stores. If you have any questions or concerns please contact our hotline at 502-365-3737 and please leave a message. We will get back to you as soon as we can between 1 to 3 business days. The best time to contact for any issues or requests for memory card updates or purchases is Monday through Friday between 6pm - 10:00pm or Saturdays between 4pm - 8pm and Sundays from 4pm -8pm. If you need a memory card update text us your address at ‪(502) 438-8044‬ and we will mail one out to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your love and support shown to us over the years.

Also on Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 4pm. If we miss your call leave us a message and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. You can also send us a message on our page and watch our "How To Videos" on MEBO in The Star Menu to help you with any issues you may be having. The videos are also on YouTube. More updated "How To Videos" will be coming soon. We gladly support and appreciate our customers!
