🎃👻 Save the Date, Lake Forest! Our 2nd Annual Spooky Stroll Parade is happening Sunday, October 19 at 5:00 PM!

Residents and Stroll sponsors are invited to decorate vehicles, dress up, and toss candy along the route. 🍬🚗

📣 Want to join the parade? Text or call Marlena at 502-303-2662 by October 18 to be added to the list. Lineup is at the front entrance from 4:00–4:45 PM.

🎃 Spectators, get ready with your Halloween buckets and costumes! The parade starts at the front entrance off Shelbyville Road and ends at Old Henry.

🍭 Donations for candy and prizes can be sent to Marlena’s Venmo (QR in post).

⭐ Meet Waylon “Chewy” Bodner! This fluffy Shih Tzu joined the Bodner family last Christmas and has been stealing hearts (and dryer sheets) ever since. From chasing cicadas to flopping over for belly rubs, Chewy’s sweet, silly personality makes every day brighter.

🍪 You may recognize Evelyn Pitt from selling cookies around the neighborhood with Girl Scout Troop 226! Thanks to the support of her Lake Forest neighbors, Evelyn reached her goal.

The troop, based at St. Michael, has used cookie sales to fund a variety of activities, including a recent community service project where they made blankets and homemade pet toys for the Kentucky Humane Society.

👏 Great job, Evelyn, and thank you to our neighbors for always supporting our youth!
