Here’s a link to our view of the Preakness, where the whiskers we own on the nose of Sieze The Grey were first over the finish line.

We had a great weekend in Baltimore, cheering Seize the Grey to the Second Jewel of the Triple Crown at Pimlico Race Course. As one of 2570 micro-share owners with MyRacehorse, we like to think we have a couple of whiskers on his nose.

It's Derby Eve! Where are YOUR roses?

The 150th Kentucky Derby winner will earn the fabled Garland of Roses Saturday evening. About 450 Freedom roses in individual vials of water are hand sewn into the creation. Thousands get a close-up look at an icon of horse racing as florists race the clock.

Kroger florists create the 20-pound garland of about 140 Star Fighter Stargazer lilies, worn by the winning filly of the 150th Kentucky Oaks race on Friday. Roses and lilies adorn the store along with a herd of prancing horses. Miss Kentucky lent a hand tonight, too.

The new Paddock at Churchill Downs in Louisville is ready for the 150th Kentucky Oaks and Derby next week. During Dawn at the Downs morning training sessions, Oaks fillies wear pink and Derby horses are in yellow saddle cloths.
