Every year for the last 6 years I’ve read at least one book by Dr. Kreeft. I think he is this generations C.S. Lewis! I hope I can one day be the type of Christian that Dr. Kreeft seems to be! Always joyful and somehow always hopeful! Rest in Peace Maria!

Took the kids to the national museum of the Air Force today with a stop off at two of the most beautiful churches in America! The Basilica Cathedral of the Assumption and Mother of God in Covington Kentucky! The basilica houses one of the largest stain glass windows in the world at 65 feet, depicting the Council of Ephesus. Also got to see one of the last two flying B-29s in the world land as we were leaving! Great day all around!
