It has been a great experience that I would not trade for anything. Over the years, I have spent countless hours improving myself in my field. Just like a professional would earn a doctorate in their field of study, I too have been schooled in the fine art of entertainment. So I feel with great confidence that I can help clear up some entertainment misconceptions. If you are considering a DJ for y
our next event please consider the following statement that appears most often in my profession. My Cousin, Brother, Neighbors Dog can rent the gear and DJ my wedding/event – Yes they could! Unfortunately it would be a colossal disaster. I’ve been witness to it multiple times. Don’t trust the most important day of your life to a nonprofessional. Would you consider allowing me to operate on you even though I’m not a doctor? The fact is the food will be gone in 45 minutes, the cake in 20, the entertainment is there the entire time! When asked 6-12 months after an event, most guests can’t remember what they ate or what flavor the cake was. However 100% can remember whether they had a good time or not. The success (or failure) of your event lies in your entertainment choice! In this market, DJs range from $300-$1700 per event. Take the time to interview your entertainer. Find out how many events they have done. Are they a polished professional or someone that will get drunk at your event and pass out (it actually happens a lot). Your entertainment choice is a reflection and extension of you. Over the years I have heard many stories of nightmare events caused by unprofessional entertainers. People have lost their jobs, relationships torn, and memories ruined all to save a few bucks. Choose wisely, your memories depend on it!
