Supervision means being actively present and engaged — because “just a second” is all it takes for a misunderstanding to happen.

And one more! First ever CM3 in the breed! Equivalent of higher level Grand Champion title for rare breeds in ! I’m the owner of first CM, CM2 and CM3! We are working hard to have the breed to level up and have also AKC recognition. Our dogs have been shown close to a 100 different AKC judges who could have first hand experience with the breed because of this. Hundreds of other exhibitors could meet Presa Canario and I hope have a positive image of the breed left with them

🚨 Find the Growl Zones in Your Home 🚨

One of the most important safety steps you can take is to identify the growl zones in each room of your home.

👉 What’s a Growl Zone?

A growl zone is any crowded space where your dog doesn’t have a clear escape route OR where a resource (like food, toys, or a bed) is nearby. If approached in these areas, a dog may feel trapped and could growl, snap, or even bite.

✅ By spotting growl zones ahead of time, you can decrease the chance of conflict. Create a plan to prevent children from having access to your dog in these areas by using success stations (baby gates, crates, tethers, or play yards).

Preparation creates safety—and safety builds trust. 🐾💛
