I know that many of you have already heard the news that our precious friend, Julie (Row & Co. Farms), has passed from this life to the next. She was a precious soul that will be terribly missed. Please pray for her sweet family as they try to navigate life in her absence. In leiu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to Hope for Homesteaders in Julie’s memory. She loved helping people and homesteading was her joy.

As we look into the face of a brand-new year, we are reminded of the many changes ahead. Change can feel uncomfortable, but we are choosing to trust in the Lord and lean on His perfect leadership.

Philippians 4:6-7 says, “Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”

We are holding tightly to these verses as we step into this season of transition. God, in His infinite wisdom, is already in our tomorrows. He knows what is best and what we need to grow in holiness. While the road may not always be easy, we find peace knowing He is guiding us every step of the way.

May we all walk into 2025 with confidence in His plan and rest in His presence. 💛 Happy New Year, everyone!

We know that many of you have been touched by Hurricane Helene. We also know that many of you have given your time, your money, supplies, and your prayers. If you haven’t helped and are looking for a way to, the company I work for is running a supply drive for the victims that live in Burnsville, North Carolina. My sweet cousin, Alicia Whitson-Herrin’s family is in the throws of the devastation there. Alicia’s two oldest children, her sisters and their families live in Burnsville— a town decimated by the storm. There’ve been calls for immediate help including rescues, medicines, and basic needs. In the post is a PayPal link. Funds will be used to purchase supplies listed on the flyer also included in the post.
