It has been a wonderful experience working with the National Baseball Hall of Fame on this important project that explores the longstanding exchange of teams, players, and cultures over the 150+ years since baseball made its debut in Japan.

Last week members from American Printing House for the Blind and Prime Access Consulting joined our prototyping session focused on two key elements for The Dot Experience: a series of flooring textures commonly encountered by cane users, and an early prototype of the iconic water pump where Helen Keller first made the connection between language and the world around her.

In collaboration with individuals of diverse abilities and lived experiences, these sessions help us continually develop our practices in creating more accessible exhibits for all visitors.

Last week, Solid Light team members visited Heaven Hill Distillery to explore the award-winning reimagining of their flagship experience in Bardstown, Kentucky.
