Association of Humanities Academics The members of AHA continue to work toward servicing the university, its graduate humanities students, and the community through their plans for the future.

The Association of Humanities Academics is the registered student organization for Comparative Humanities PhD and Masters students at the University of Louisville. Groundwork for AHA was laid in November 2009 by a small group of PhD students to foster

community among students and the university through student-oriented and community-building events such as workshops and fundraising. Shortly after becoming an official RSO at the University of Louisville in January 2010, AHA started working immediately, offering three professional development workshops (a two-part series on publishing, and one on CV composition) and a graduate conference.
