Daily reminder to look tf good no matter what 🔑🔥😍

Y’all I have been STRUGGLING! Lol! I spent so much time focusing on business, kids, bills, big back food, pleasing other ppl but not ME!! Like really ME. My triggers, my pain, my joy, my past, my future, the present.. I never even let myself listen to my thoughts. I would just move on from this that to there. Now I listen to myself, I sit in silence, I write down my needs, my wants. I started dancing in the mirror again. It is so beautiful getting to know yourself. Especially when you had to grow up so fast and never took time to slow down. I don’t live rushed anymore. I slow down. I listen better. I fast when I’m unclear. I pay attention to my emotions and I analyze them. It makes me sad to know how much I ignored myself for so long. How much I tried to please others. How pain and trauma resurfaced. If you don’t know where to start, start with looking good. Exercising, watching what you put in your body and mind. Working on your faith whatever that may be. We can’t go through life alone so find a tribe and start the work. SMILE BABY!! It’s so beautiful on this side ✨
