I’m so grateful to still be above ground, breathing, living, and evolving. 🙏🏾 Every year is a blessing, and this one feels extra special. Tonight, I’m celebrating with grilled chicken breast covered in bourbon peach BBQ sauce, southern-style Rotel dip, and chocolate cheesecake for dessert 🍑🍫 — a sweet reminder to savor life’s simple joys.

I’m beyond thankful for my spiritual journey — the growth, the lessons, and the divine alignment that continues to shape me. And I’m deeply grateful for my tribe (The Elite Royal Tribe), my brothers ( .elite.royalty & Remy LeBeau ), sisters ( / ) and my cousin ( ) for walking with me, uplifting me, and reminding me I’m never alone. 🕊️💜

The necklace I’m wearing was the last last gift my late grandmother, Martha Rae Maury-Haynes and my late aunt, LaTonyia Shaqua Haynes- Holmes, gave me before they passed away. Everytime I wear it I feel like I’m honoring them by being myself and them as well.
The ring belonged to my grandmother and it has the birthstone of her children (the one that’s missing is my aunt Tonyia’s, coincidence much) and it’s they only items of hers that I have, so everytime I wear it, it warms my heart. Any chance I get to honor them, I do it.

Here’s to 38 — to love, light, purpose, and continuing to lock in creatively, mentally, emotionally, physically, and especially spiritually. 🌟

Sometimes love looks like giving him space to recharge. 💜 After a long day of work, stress, and responsibilities, letting him unwind by playing his favorite video game 🎮 isn’t about ignoring you—it’s about him releasing the weight of the day.

As future wives, we learn the importance of balance, patience, and understanding. A man who feels seen, supported, and respected is a man who will pour love back into his home. 🏡💍

So let him play his game—it’s not about the console, it’s about creating a safe space where he can reset, so he can show up as the best version of himself. 🕊️✨

Sometimes the hardest truth to swallow is this:
✨ It is better to end something and start fresh than to chain yourself to false hope for the impossible.
When you finally see that a “friend” was really a jealous, obsessive, entitled copycat—draining your energy, hating on your authentic connections, and resenting your spiritual growth—you have two choices:
🚪 Walk away or stay imprisoned.
I chose my freedom. I chose my peace. I chose me. 💜
