Eto na Guys, finally after 10 years. 🤣

Para mabawasan naman ung difficulty sa Transition nyo, Stress, and possible Failure.
I have noticed na ung iba sa atin, hirap sa transition due to couple of things:
1. Preceptor Expectation sa Capabilities natin! Expecting na we should Know stuff based on their US standard training na Hinde pala natin normally ginagawa.
2. Language Barrier (Guilty din ako before 🤣) yes yes lang lagi kahit hinde ko maintindihan 🤣
3. Culture shock sa Work since hinde naka prepare ahead or hinde alam ano ung ireresearch about sa Work dito sa US.
4. Walang kwentang Preceptor or Biased (few chances of this pero may mga ganyang tao talaga unfortunately)
So I am hoping with this 2 to possibly 3 hours workshop, eh mabawasan ung mga problema and negative possibilities sa taas. And can help u prepare better and focus on other Learnings or skills na kailangan pa. (madami kc sa Una, overwhelming at times). Mas easier if kapwa Filipino magtuturo sa iyo initially as may idea on how we do things back home and how we are supposed to do it dito sa US.
Why not learn ung mga bagay bagay na US standard practice even before coming to the US!! Diba !!!
and possibly apply it sa daily nursing practice nyo sa pinas or current place of work...
On this class I will be focusing sa Main difference na naobserve kong nahihirapan ung kapwa nating filipino, that is the Different types of documentation na typical na ginagamit kada shift sa isang medsurg floor. How to fill them up in coleration sa Physical Assessment na gagawin nyo doon sa bedside. So Both documentation and basic assessment I tatakle natin. Plus dagdagan na natin din ung mga basic SOP or what to do sa certain scenarios, na ginawa namin dito sa US, na hinde natin typical pinapractice sa pinas.
So basically u will experience what it feels like to receive a hand off report about a patient, assess the pt, learn how to fill up the documentation parts, and hand if off back sa Next shift.
I will be reference ung EHR program na to kc mas popular and deemed the better version. But honestly, the 3 programs na common used dito, CERNER, MEDITECH and EPIC. Pare pareho lng sila ng Basics when it comes to the forms used. U just need to know the Core Forms ng Medsurg dito,
Im sure this will help sa transition nyo dito sa US bilang isang nurse.
