In the latest issue of our Drink in History highlights the Rosita:
love child of the Negroni and Manhattan
elegant, understated, and, dare we say, cooler than its famous cousins.
Created by cocktail legend Julio Bermejo, this tequila-forward classic swaps gin and whiskey for reposado or añejo and mixes in sweet and dry vermouth with a dash of bitters for a cocktail that is a smooth operator with a punch.
Why you need to try it?
It will prove to you that tequila can be refined, sophisticated, and totally drinkable without making you feel like you need to study for a cocktail exam. It’s a balanced and slightly bitter drink that’s perfect for any occasion where you want to look like you know what you’re doing
(even if you don’t).
Effortlessly stylish, the Rosita proves tequila can shine far beyond the Margarita. Consider this your invite to switch up your usual and sip something with real personality. 🥃✨
