This milestone is more than just a certificate—it represents the culmination of intensive, State Board-focused training. Under expert guidance, these talented ladies gained the vital hands-on experience, sanitation knowledge, and technical skills necessary to secure their official Kentucky Lash Permit and step into the beauty world legally and confidently.
