Love doesn’t end; it just transforms. 🤍

​Today, we spent the day honoring, remembering, and celebrating Kelly...the beautiful soul whose light, love, and laughter continue to shape our family every single day.

​Rob, the girls, and I spent the day together at the cemetery to clean her headstone and place fresh silk flowers. Afterward, we carried on one of her favorite traditions with a table full of Mexican food, sharing stories and remembering the incredible mother, wife, and friend she was.

​Her memory is woven into everything we do, and these matching “keep me in mind” tattoos are our daily reminder that she is never far away.

​To anyone walking through grief, missing someone they love, or holding on to sweet memories today: we’re sending you so much strength and love. Hold your people close. ✨

18 years. 1 bare shell. TODAY, SHE LIVES. 🛠️🔥

​In 2008, I bought a ’68 Camaro for $1,800.

​No engine. No transmission. No subframe, no axle...literally just a bare shell, a title, VIN plate and a dream.

​Fast forward through years of a full frame-off, rotisserie restoration, sourcing every single component, and endless garage hours... and today, for the very first time, the key turned and she FIRED UP! 🚗💨

​This build isn't just metal, horsepower, and wrenching. It’s a story of pure perseverance and love.

Every corner of this car holds a piece of my journey:

• Parts gifted by my late husband, Steve, for birthdays, Christmases, and anniversaries over the years—he was definitely smiling down and revving with us today. ❤️

• Countless hours, parts, and muscle contributed by my dad, cousin Kenny, and Rob, who has been an absolute rock in bringing this dream across the finish line.

• Love, support, and garage hands 🫶

​We didn't just rebuild a car: we built a legacy, piece by piece, bolt by bolt.

​To anyone out there in the middle of a long-term project feeling like the finish line is miles away: don't give up.

Took a little time off today to head out to the barn with my dad and cousin, and we made huge progress on the '68 Camaro!

​There is nothing quite like the feeling of watching classic American muscle come back to life piece by piece. Today was all about wiring!!!!! We got the headlights glowing, the interior lights working, and even wired up a radio (complete with Bluetooth connection, because vintage style deserves modern tunes! 🎶 driving jams incoming!).

​Every bolt tightened and wire connected brings us one step closer to that first real test drive. But honest truth? The absolute best part of building a classic car isn't just the iron and horsepower, it’s the quality time spent in the barn with family, turning wrenches and making memories. 🏎️❤️

If I’m being honest, I thought everyone grew up with their entire family tree living on the same block. 🌳 It felt normal to have all four of my grandparents just a stone's throw away. Now I know it was the ultimate luxury.

​Today, my sweet Mamaw is 85. She’s the last of my living grandparents, the keeper of all our family magic, and the absolute main character of our lives. Turn your sound ON to hear us celebrating the woman who started it all! 🥹👇

Today is a big day...it’s my dad’s birthday! 🎂✨
​We celebrated with dinner and cake, but I couldn't let the day pass without sharing a few of my favorite memories of the first man I ever loved.

Looking back through these photos reminds me of how incredibly lucky I am to have a dad who has always brought so much joy, laughter, and steady support into my life.

​From being a little girl rocking giant boots to dancing with "Fins Up" on my wedding day, he’s been my anchor through every single season.
