Fiesta Blend Green Chili created by Abby Chadwick. Abby made this dish using Custom Blending’s Fiesta Seasoning. It’s delicious and made in a slow cooker for convenience. Check out the recipe:
1-2 T. of Custom Blending Fiesta Seasoning
1 lb pork tenderloin
1 box beef broth
1/2 yellow onion sliced
1 can diced tomatoes
2 cans green chilies
1/2 t. Garlic powder or 1 clove garlic minced
2 T. (Or more) flour
Instructions:
1.) Place pork and seasoning in a small crock pot. Fill pot with water to just cover pork.
2.) Cook on high for 4 hours
3.) Into a large pot put the onion, broth, garlic, and chilies. Bring to a boil. Turn off heat
4.) Scoop out two cups of liquid from the pot and put into a bowl. Add flour and whisk together until combined.
5. Place flour mix in the Chile and stir. Bring back to boil until thickened.
6. Cut pork into 1 inch cubes. Add to chili
7. Serve with tortilla chips, tortillas, cheese , or sour cream
