As both a visual artist and a martial artist, I find it incredibly rewarding to combine my two passions. One of my students, Karla, stands out in a class where 95% of the participants are men. She consistently puts in the hard work and embraces the tough training sessions I challenge my students with. I’m especially inspired by the authenticity my students bring to their journey, and I love capturing that raw dedication and individuality in my creative work. While everyone trains for their own unique reasons, we all come together with a shared commitment: to put in the work and grow together.

Today is a time for reflection. The United States of America, this great experiment, has experienced many ups and downs, yet I still believe our greatest days are ahead. Let us all take a moment to reflect and express gratitude to those who paved the way for us to pursue our dreams and aspirations. Happy Independence Day to everyone!

In production, I prioritize practical solutions that yield favorable outcomes. As a director, I firmly believe in the significance of possessing extensive editing/effects acumen. Through editing and post-visual effects experience for numerous projects, I've gained insights into effective blocking and the resources essential for a successful shoot. Even with a dependable crew, I maintain that the director's firsthand experience elevates the project to new heights.
