So today I turned 40. Six months ago I thought I needed a change before I really do start getting to old to change. I started hitting the gym every morning and altered my diet a little at a time. I never took a picture or really looked at myself very long wanting to see a real change at six months. I’m am calling this a success!! I went from 230 lbs. in November to 208 lbs. today. I don’t know who said it buy I say it to myself now everyday. “Do not be upset with the results you did not get, from the work you did not do.” I’m thinking of starting to post my journey to better health and letting you know what I do specifically for anyone else who might want to start changing or struggling with there health. If that interest anyone let me know.
